Is it safe to give ALERTIS access to GA4?
Yes. We use the official Google OAuth, read-only. We don't change your data, don't change your settings and don't access your Google account itself. Revoke access in one click via Google → Security → Third-party apps.
Does my data get shared with competitors or other clients?
No. Data is isolated per client. We store only aggregated metrics (sessions, conversions, channels) — no personal data of visitors. Niche benchmarks are anonymous and opt-in.
Do I need to set up GA4 beforehand?
No, ALERTIS reads what's already there. If you have conversions configured (form_submit, purchase, generate_lead) — we'll find them and let you choose. If events are missing — we can help configure them as a separate service.
What if I have less than 90 days of history?
We work with what you've got. We pull whatever GA4 returns and start monitoring from day one. After 4 weeks the baseline gets sharper. Until then — we use week-over-week comparisons.
Can I connect multiple sites?
On Free and Starter — one. On Pro — up to three. On Agency — up to 20. Separate stats, separate alerts, separate Telegram chats per site.
How do I disable alerts on weekends?
In settings, choose which days of the week to receive reports. You can, for example, get reports only Mon-Fri. Or only the weekly summary on Monday.
What about Google Ads data?
Yes, on Pro and Agency. Spend, CPC, CPL, ROAS, campaign status. Because of the risks of sharing financial data via Telegram, campaign details open in a secure mini-app (linked from the message).
How do I leave and take my data?
One click in settings. We disconnect GA4 and delete all aggregated metrics. Want to keep history? We provide CSV/PDF export before deletion.
