Terms of Service

You must be 16 years old or older. If you register an account on behalf of a company — you confirm you have authority to bind the company to these terms.

The service is available in countries where its use is not prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse access without explanation (e.g., for sanctioned countries).

You provide accurate data when signing up. You're responsible for the security of your password and all actions taken from your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access — change the password immediately and notify us.

ALERTIS reads Google Analytics 4 metrics via the official API, detects anomalies against your individual baseline, and sends alerts to Telegram or email.

Exact functionality depends on your plan (Free / Starter / Pro / Agency). The list of features is on /pricing and may change.

We don't guarantee 100% accuracy of alerts. The service is a helper tool, not a replacement for a professional analyst.

Free plan — free, with limited functionality after the 30-day full-access window.

Paid plans — monthly or annual subscription. Pricing is on /pricing.

Subscription auto-renews until you cancel in settings.

Prices are exclusive of VAT (added at invoice if applicable).

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store full card details.

You may cancel anytime. Access to paid functionality continues until the end of the paid period.

We don't refund partial monthly periods.

If the service was seriously broken due to our fault — write to [email protected], we'll consider a refund individually.

You may not:

Attempt to break the service, bypass plan limits, or reverse-engineer it.

Resell the service under your brand without an agreed white-label arrangement (available on Agency plan).

Use the service for illegal purposes.

Overload the API with automated mass requests beyond reasonable use.

Share your credentials with third parties.

The service itself, the ALERTIS brand, logo, code, design, copy — belong to Sole Proprietor Ivanchenko O.

The data you connect (your GA4 analytics, your settings, your notes) — belongs to you. We only process it to provide the service.

You grant us the minimum rights needed to process your data — so the service can do its job (read GA4, generate reports, send alerts).

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime.

We are not liable for losses caused by business decisions made on the basis of ALERTIS data. An alert is an informational signal; the final decision is yours.

Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for the last 12 months of subscription.

We are not liable for actions of sub-processors (Google, Stripe, Telegram, etc.) beyond what we control.

You may delete your account anytime via settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay for more than 14 days, or the service falls under sanctions/legal restrictions.

On termination — we'll provide a data export within 30 days.

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes 14 days in advance via email and in the interface.

If you disagree with the changes — you may stop using the service.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

We try to resolve disputes amicably first — write to [email protected].

If we can't agree — disputes are resolved in courts of general jurisdiction at the registered location of Sole Proprietor Ivanchenko O.
