The daily report

What's inside the report, what the business norm is, and why Mondays are compared to Mondays.

The report lands in Telegram every morning at the time you chose and tells you what happened on your site yesterday. If an email is set, the same report is duplicated as a letter.

Report blocks

  • Day summary. Sessions, new users and conversions for yesterday. Next to each number, the deviation from your business's norm in percent.
  • Traffic channels. What ads, organic, social and direct brought. For every channel you see whether it grew or dropped against the norm.
  • Countries. Sessions and conversions by country if you sell to several markets. New countries are marked as new.
  • AI traffic. A dedicated block for visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and other assistants. This source is growing for everyone, so we show it separately.
  • Conclusion. One or two lines in plain language: all stable, or here is what needs attention.

What "the norm" is

ALERTIS doesn't compare you to someone else's benchmarks. The norm is computed from YOUR site's history: the average for the same days of the week over previous weeks.

So Mondays are compared to Mondays, and Saturdays to Saturdays. If your weekend traffic is always lower, the report won't panic about a Saturday "drop". And the other way around: a drop that looks small in general will be highlighted if it hits your strongest day.

When the report arrives

  • Delivery time and weekdays are fully yours: Settings → Notifications.
  • The time respects your timezone.
  • Yesterday's data is collected at night. If the collection fails on the first try, the service retries by itself several times before morning — see Reliability.

Report history

Every delivered report is stored: the Reports → Report history tab in the dashboard. Open any past day and see the message exactly as it arrived in Telegram.
