Getting started

From sign-up to the first Telegram report: GA4 connection, the bot, delivery time. Three minutes.

The whole journey from zero to the first report takes about three minutes. Here it is step by step.

1. Sign up

Open alertis.app/app/connect and sign in with your Google account. Important: use the account that has access to your site's Google Analytics. No password, no forms.

If you also want email + password login, open Settings → Profile after signing up and set a password in the "Login password" card.

2. Connect Google Analytics 4

After signing in, the service asks for GA4 access:

  1. Click Connect GA4.
  2. Google shows a consent screen. ALERTIS requests read-only access to analytics data, nothing more.
  3. Pick your site's GA4 property from the list.

Right after connecting, the service collects the last 90 days of history. That's what the norm of your business is computed from — every new day is compared against it.

3. Connect Telegram

  1. Click Connect Telegram.
  2. A chat with the bot opens. Press Start in it.
  3. Done — the bot finds your chat by itself. Nothing to type.

You can press "Send a test message" right away to confirm the connection works.

4. Delivery time and days

Choose when to receive the report: the time in your timezone and the days of the week. For example, every day at 9:00 or weekdays only at 8:00. You can change it anytime in Settings → Notifications.
